Welcome, Curious Soul
Looking for a peaceful space to reconnect with yourself in East London?
My Yoga & Pilates classes are created for those moments when you feel the need to slow down, soften and gently come back home to your body - and also for the days when you want to feel strong, energised and fully alive.
This is an invitation to pause in the middle of everyday life.
To step onto the mat and leave expectations at the door.
To listen - really listen - to what your body is asking for.
In my yoga classes, movement is guided by breath, and breath becomes a bridge back to presence. We move with awareness, creating space not only in the body, but in the mind.
In Pilates, we build strength from the inside out - with playful energy, focused intention, and that satisfying fire that reminds you just how capable you are.
Expect to feel empowered, uplifted and a little taller when you leave.
There is no rush here.
No pressure to perform.
No perfect shape to achieve.
Only a safe, welcoming space where strength and softness coexist - where you are supported, challenged, grounded and energised in equal measure.
A space where you are free to move, to feel, and to be exactly as you are.
Classes
Classes
These practices are created for people who feel tired of rushing, of pushing, of disconnecting from their own bodies.
They are for those who seek a gentle yet deep approach to movement - one that supports strength, mobility and balance without force, competition or pressure.
All levels are welcome. Curiosity, openness and a willingness to listen are all you need.
Yoga
Hatha · Vinyasa · Ashtanga · Yin · Meditation
Yoga classes are an invitation to move with awareness and breathe with intention.
Sometimes fluid and dynamic, sometimes slow and still, the practice adapts to the moment and to the bodies in the room.
You are guided to feel rather than to perform, to explore rather than to achieve.
Options and variations are always offered, allowing the practice to remain accessible, respectful and deeply personal.
Pilates
Pilates is a grounding practice that builds strength from the inside out.
Through mindful, precise movements, we cultivate stability, alignment and body awareness, supporting ease and resilience in everyday life.
It is a practice that teaches you how to move with more clarity, confidence and care.
Private Sessions
Private sessions offer a quiet, focused space to receive individual guidance.
They are ideal if you are looking to address specific needs, deepen your practice or reconnect with your body at your own pace.
Experiences
Reconnect with yourself and the natural world through our Yoga in Nature sessions, held in parks and open green spaces where fresh air, sunlight, and the sounds of nature become part of your practice. These outdoor classes invite you to slow down, ground your energy, and move in harmony with the elements. We also gather for our special Full Moon Circle, a unique event guided by the lunar cycle, where movement, meditation, and intention-setting align with the energy of each phase of the moon, creating space for reflection, release, and renewal.
Yoga in Nature
Yoga in Nature is an invitation to step outside the studio walls and return to something more elemental. Held in parks and open green spaces, these sessions allow fresh air, sunlight, earth and sky to become part of your practice. The sounds of birds, the feeling of grass beneath your feet, the gentle movement of the wind - all of it becomes a quiet companion to your breath. These classes are open to everyone. Whether you are completely new to yoga or already deep in your journey, nature meets you exactly as you are - and so do we. Practising outdoors naturally encourages you to slow down. To ground your energy. To feel your body in relationship with the earth beneath you. There is something profoundly regulating about moving under the open sky - something that reminds the nervous system that it is safe to soften. Movement flows with awareness and steadiness, guided by breath and shaped by the environment around us. Some days feel energising and expansive, filled with sunlight and vitality. Other days feel slower and more rooted, inviting introspection and calm. In nature, there is no performance. No mirrors. No pressure. Only space. Space to breathe more deeply. Space to feel supported by the ground beneath you. Space to remember that you, too, are part of this living, breathing world. Yoga in Nature is about harmony - within yourself and with the elements around you. A practice rooted in presence, simplicity and quiet joy.
Full Moon Circles
Our Full Moon Circles are a sacred pause within the rhythm of everyday life. Guided by the lunar cycle, these gatherings honour the natural phases of expansion, culmination, release and renewal. Just as the moon moves through its cycles, so do we. These circles are open to everyone - whether you are new to working with lunar energy or already attuned to its rhythm. You are invited to bring your curiosity, your wisdom and your intentions. Each gathering weaves together gentle movement, breathwork, meditation and reflective practices. We align with the energy of the full moon - a time traditionally associated with illumination, clarity and emotional awareness. The full moon invites us to see more clearly. To acknowledge what has grown. To release what no longer serves. Through intention-setting rituals and quiet reflection, we create space to let go of accumulated tension, limiting beliefs or emotional weight. And from that release, something new can emerge. There is softness here. There is depth. There is connection. Connection to yourself. Connection to the collective energy of the group. Connection to the greater rhythms that hold us all. These circles are not about superstition or external forces controlling us. They are about using the symbolism of the moon as a mirror - a gentle guide to reflect inward, to realign, and to move forward with clarity and intention. You leave feeling lighter. More grounded. More aware of your inner cycles. Renewed - not by something outside of you, but by the wisdom already within.
Let’s Get Spiritual
Let’s Get Spiritual is an invitation to soften beyond the physical practice and gently deepen into meditation. This offering is designed especially with beginners in mind - a welcoming, accessible space if you are just starting to explore meditation or spirituality. At the same time, everyone is welcome. Whether you are new to the practice or already walking your spiritual path with your own knowledge and wisdom, there is space for you here. This is not about religion, and it’s not about searching for something outside of yourself. It is about turning inward - about recognising that the divinity you may be seeking already lives within you. Through guided meditation, breath awareness, reflection and subtle movement, we create space to listen beneath the noise. To sit with yourself. To observe. To feel. Here, spirituality is experienced as energy - quiet, steady, intelligent. Not a distant god, but an inner presence that supports you, guides you and reconnects you to your own truth. This is a space to explore your spiritual path in a grounded and accessible way. To deepen your relationship with stillness. To strengthen your intuition. To cultivate trust in your inner wisdom. We move gently from thinking into sensing. From seeking into remembering. From separation into connection. The intention is simple: to help you reconnect with your own inner light - and to leave feeling clearer, softer and supported from within.
Yoga Nidra & Short Evening Meditations (Online)
These spontaneous evening sessions are a gentle exhale at the end of the day. Held online via Zoom, they are simple, accessible and deeply nourishing. You don’t need to show yourself on camera. You don’t need to prepare anything. You can join from your bed, already in pyjamas, lights dimmed - simply arriving as you are. Each session is intuitive and responsive. Sometimes it will be a full Yoga Nidra practice - a guided journey into conscious rest. Other evenings may offer a shorter meditation, breath awareness or body scan. There is no movement required. No performance. No pressure to engage in any particular way. Yoga Nidra allows the body to deeply relax while awareness remains softly present. It supports the nervous system to settle, the mind to slow down, and the body to restore. These evenings are an invitation to let go. To soften. To be guided into rest. A quiet online sanctuary where you can recalibrate and drift gently toward sleep - supported, even from a distance.
